Therapeutic yoga sessions are personalized and designed around your goals. I can also incorporate coaching towards building your own sustainable home yoga practice.

Why would I choose an out-of-network provider?
The number one reason is Quality of Care. In-network providers in the area have to meet productivity goals - this means their evaluation session might only be 45 minutes and their regular sessions are 30 minutes. I strongly believe this isn’t enough time to provide the level of care, connection, and trust that is needed to effectively address pelvic floor symptoms. That’s why sessions with me are twice as long, and never rushed.
The cost can be comparable. Out-of-network physical therapy might not always be more expensive than in-network physical therapy especially if your insurance reimburses you via the Superbill. It’s always advised that you run through the coverage and costs with your insurance provider before making a decision.

How much 1:1 time are you getting with your physical therapist? How many visits do you expect your plan of care to require? At White Pine Pelvic Health, you get 60 to 90 minutes of highly-personalized 1:1 care. This allows us to meet your goals in fewer visits than most clinics would be able to. That saves you time and money in the long run.

Even after you meet your deductible, most insurance plans require you to make a copay or pay coinsurance. This can easily be as high as 30% of the cost of a standard PT session.
After you submit a superbill from us to your insurance provider, your out-of-network reimbursement can often erase the price difference entirely. -
Even with in-network providers, patients often have to meet deductibles and pay coinsurance for their treatments. In some cases, the difference in these costs might not be as substantial when considering out-of-network providers, making the overall financial impact more comparable.

Some insurance plans have limited coverage for certain services, even within their in-network providers. If your plan has coverage limitations for physical therapy within the network, you might want to explore an out-of-network option that provides the specialized and comprehensive coverage you deserve.
